The Building Oversight Committee has begun considering a number of offers for the purchase of the two parcels of land that church members voted to sell in order to renovate church properties.
The committee is working to clarify a number of questions about the offers which will take a period of weeks. No decisions have been made about the property sale while the committee works through the details contained in the offers.
The nature of real estate transactions requires confidentiality about the bidders and the offers. Watch this website for details when they can be released.
