(May 16, 2025) The buyer of the “soccer field” parcel (Onyx+East) has asked for a delay of up to 90-days to complete the sale closing. Pasadena Community Church leaders granted the extension while also requiring Onyx+East, the buyer, to pay for each 30-days of the delay. The new outside closing date is October 6, 2025.
Once we know when the sale closes, we can update you on the impact the delay might have on when we begin renovating the LEC to become the new preschool.
