Parcel sale closing delayed
(May 16, 2025) The buyer of the “soccer field” parcel (Onyx+East) has asked for a delay of up to 90-days to complete the sale closing. Pasadena Community Church leaders granted the extension while also requiring Onyx+East, the buyer, to pay for each 30-days of the delay. The new outside closing date is October 6, 2025.
