November 30, 2022 was a historic day for Pasadena Community Church. The newly appointed Building Oversight Committee chaired by Scott Russell met for the first time to begin to map out the process of selecting a real estate agent to manage the sale of our two parcels that will fund our exciting renovations. The first step was to form an expert subcommittee that will gather proposals from agents who want to be the listing agent. That subcommittee will meet right away to draft the call for proposals, then begin evaluating the pitches.
